Don't eat the tablet then.
Everything around you is poison if used incorrectly.

Well, the concern if you read the article fully is that retainers are porous and may absorb it. However, I typically keep mine soaking in water when not in use so I'm thinking that if you do that and maybe change the water a few times it may mitigate this effect.

Got them couple of weeks ago, these leave a lot of bubbles while dissolving. Seems like ingredients are kind of harmful but even expensive ones also come with these chemicals. If we want to clean the aligners thoroughly you might want to use them.

It's good practice to rinse the aligners thoroughly before using them. If you still have the sours near the tongue stop using them and return to natural methods.

Use h2o2 (hydrogen peroxide) along with water in ultrasonic cleaning pod. (Add dish soap if they are really gross)

I use these tablets to clean stainless bottles that have mouths that are too small to get my hands in to scrub. They eat coffee build up or any other funk better than just a brush.

Works decent for cleaning my night time mouth guard, even better to get coffee stains off the inside of coffee cups.

Just use an ultrasonic cleaner, saves a ton of money and health concerns.

Same here. Do it like once a week (only use mine to drink water). Works like a charm and my bottles are never stinky. Also put a few in a small bowl for my screw on lids to said bottles. In for one of these since the equate brand I buy at Walmart is usually $2 for 40. $3.07 for 126 of them is a solid deal.

Ps: for those who want to use these for this, and who is curious about the mint flavor. You don't smell or taste the mint at all after you thoroughly rinse the bottle.
