My last straw was when their devices would die during updates and some at mere 13 or 14 months and they would say since the warranty was 12 months and your 12 months are up, you are SOL. Mind you. The device would be fine before the update and die during the update process. Hundreds of threads/posts on different models doing the same thing.
I will never do business with Fitbit again or buy any of their devices again.

I guess my PayPal didn't match the billing according to CS. BS, but reordered. Could not use the same PayPal account for 5% CB since QVC auto-closes your account after the order cancellation.
