This is one of those bundles I never understood...it's like 5000 hours of content. You'll either hate everything or never leave your house again
I don't love Civ 6, but if you do this one has everything. I play Civ 5 with Vox Populi mod, it is amazing.

Beyond Earth is not great.

Pirates! was a decent remake in like 2003 but hasn't held up well.

Still.... there are worse ways to spend $20. Like I did at a crappy lunch today. This is literally a million hours of content and most of this stuff will run on potato PCs
No sim golf

I've played Age of Empires but i'm new to this. Do you recommend just paying $9 for the base versions

Personally I think Gathering Storm and Rise and Fall are easily worth the $12 tier at the very least, but you may eventually regret not getting the $18 tier.

Probably because it was published by EA while almost everything else is 2K. A shame; SimGolf is a fun little game that I wouldn't mind seeing re-released or remastered.

Age of empires is pretty different from this. If you've never played a 4x type game before, I'd try out the Civ 6 demo. It lets you play the first couple of hours of the game.

I like Railroads for what it's worth. I just take random podunk cities and make them megapolises (sp?)

Railroads is definitely an underrated gem. Last I played Railroads, you actually had to jump through some hoops to get it to work on modern (64-bit?) systems. I'm pretty sure I had to use the registry editor to make the game playable/stable.

Worth it just for Pirates!

Black Flag has the best combat gameplay, but Pirates actually has sim elements like keeping supplies and capturing ports across the Caribbean, real privateer stuff.

Absolutely love Pirates! I had to have well over 100 hours into the game before I ever progressed the main storyline past the first step because the basic gameplay is so good. I've beaten it a few times now, but I still bust it out every couple years to get my fix of quality pirate-era sim. I really hoped Windward would end up being my long-term replacement for that fix, but it's missing something important that this game has (I don't know what).
