It's on the page under eBay's details--not the product description. However, since this is "Excellent - Refurbished" and not "Certified Refurbished", it's only a 1 year warranty. Certified comes with a 2 year Allstate warranty.

Sadly the ebay listing doesn't give the precise model number, so you can't look it up on lenovo. And since it's a Cost Corporation-specific model (from my research), you might have non-standard parts in it that aren't normally found (aka cut corners just for that retailer).
I'm sure for some, it'll be a great deal regardless of what they get. For me though, enough warning bells are ringing telling me to stay away. Especially since it's a third-party reseller named "New Egg".
Oh...also...Newegg...yuck.

I ordered this last month same price. It's a two year warranty
The laptop I received was flawless. The sticker was still on the privacy slide for the web cam. The hours used on battery was under 30 hours.
The laptop IS touchscreen
I ran cpu/gpu test and it held up to the expected values.
I like the display, but I'm not a display snob. So I'm not a good judge
