Horrendous product. When you pick it up, you'll know what I mean. Feels very light and cheaply made all around. When you turn it on, it'll prove my point even more. Very low power. I don't even have heavy growth and it still takes forever.

I picked it up yesterday, charged it all night and tried it today.
Not very powerful
Did the job, worth the $15
Does not work plugged in.
Mine had the $10 rebate on the box

Same, got mine yesterday. Didn't charged in two hours before I went to bed, so overnight charged. My previous one is 15 years old, rechargeable, recently slowed down, looks to be on the way out. This one looks about the same, except old one has three rings per shaving circle thing.

This shaver spins faster, but not as fast as old one in it's heyday. But this one is quieter. I thought it worked very well, quite surprised, especially for $15. Has only USB cord, no adapter. Comes with plastic head cover, no case. Wish power button was higher up, as I can mistakenly turn it off while using it. Also can see this shaver (and the like), where the power button gets accidentally pushed in a suitcase or backpack and drains the batter. Since this a $15 shaver, not a $1,000 phone, I'd recommend 20+ watt adapter, any brand with good reviews. For expensive devices, recommend known name adapter, not those random letter companies on Amazon. If you have a device purchased within maybe 6 years, I bet that adapter will suffice for your shaver.

The rebate can be done online. Haven't filled one out in 10+ years. It's straightforward. Need copy of invoice, photo of barcode, attach, and send. Supposed to get some gift card form. Just know, companies know something like 80% people forget to mail in rebates. Make sure you send yours. It worked very well for me, better than old one, as it should be. Good luck!

If I use Kohl's cash of $20 for this transaction will I still qualify for rebate? Technically I'll be paying only $4.99 which is less than $10 rebate value.

Technically, it doesn't matter for Philips what mode of payment you used to purchase the shaver. That $20 Kohl's cash was your money indeed.

So, you should be able to apply for the rebate without any issues.

where did you find the list of eligible? I looked and could not find. I even called and they had no clue

I could not upload the UPC barcode. It shows "Your file failed to upload. Please try again."

Anyone having a failure to upload error for the receipt? I tried multiple times, cleared cookies/cache and no luck. The "help chat" was useless. They want me to go to kohls to get a copy of the form. I do not see it on the kohls website...gonna return it, not worth $25

Site could have been down or file size. But $25 is cheap for any norelco razor. Blades alone cost that much.

I also got this error. I saved the jpeg file as png and it allowed me to upload then.
