What? No it's not. I've been using the free codes for the whole year and have been able to cancel right after signing up with no issues.

I signup and cancel via the website.

No complaints here. I've had my premium free trial for almost a year now. I signed up last December with a three dollar Visa giftcard and canceled my subscription twice, but it's still streaming.😏

Did you forget to enter the promo code? 7 days is the standard trial.
