I have the pink one, best vacuum I've ever used, picks up stuff on hard floors and soft floors, my old Bissell would shoot stuff around on hard floors since it had a plastic cover that sort of helped with suction but prevented pulling things in on hard floors

Stratos was their flagship vacuum before new version PowerDirect AZ4002 came out, which is probably why this one is being clearanced out.
Little over $200 for this beast of a vacuum is a great deal.

Damn, I tried a couple other 20% codes and they did not work, which is why I settled for 15%.
Just ordered, but does not give the option to cancel.
Not gonna bother to call to try cancel & re-order for another $12.

I have a different model also with powerfins. They rip up my area rug and the ends of carpet where it meets hard wood floors.

Not sure if I just got a one off but this thing was so difficult to use that I sent it back. Nearly 300 bucks for a top of the line Shark that's 5 times harder to push than my old shark. Also the quality of the plastic parts seemed like a downgrade.. especially the dust bin. Anyone have a recommendation for a powerful mostly carpet vacuum that's easy to push, pull and turn?

In for 1! The current shark I have is 10 years old and still works, but starting to stink and the brush just looks like a hair roll. Upgrading to this one as it is one of the best rated vacuums. Top 4 in Consumer Reports in Uprigjt Vacuums. I watched a YouTube comparison to other ones (Dyson, Kenmore, etc) and this one did the best job.

My dust bin broke on mine, as my wife lifted from the dustbin handle. Perfect timing. Parts to replace broken ones on the az1002 are a bit high as parts are harder to find.
