Costco online is almost always 15-20% more expensive than instore
You mean with Instacart (exactly 17%), not the items that ship from Costco, right?

Items that ship from Costco are almost always more expensive than in store. If you use instacart for some reason, then you pay even more.

Hopefully they will clarify that before 11/28. Until then, I would not assume anything specific will qualify.
Yes! Hopefully they clarify how to qualify! (or somebody clarifies what qualifies) I hate calendars and reminders. Will have to make one now. Thx OP!

Edit: the end date of 11/17 on many of these specials [costco.com] suggests something is coming on 11/18. The question remains: when can we see what that is?

Not so. If an item is less in store that is also noted on the online offering. For these special sale items these will be less online or offered online or the same.

I think this is for special items on sale that day only! Whenever costco stores are closed costco online runs a one day sale, most likely the extra discount is for items on sale that day only!

I hope you realize that this vacuum is a gimmick. You can use a green laser by yourself and prove it.
Truthfully you are probably not wrong. I own a lot of vacuums and several high end ones and I was watching a vacuum expert the other day and he said the best vacuums are bagged ones. He said look at businesses and hotels and they all use bagged ones. I have a friend that only uses commercial stuff in her house like Speed Queen washing machines and she has a Sanitaire vacuum and that thing is amazing. I tried to buy it off her but she would not sell it. My friend that owns hotels has bagged vacuums too. I had another friend that just sold a building and I was able to grab a Bissell BigGreen commercial vacuum from his place so I have to try it out and see how it is compared to my Sharks, Dysons etc. I have a couple Kirby's from back in the day but those things weight 800 pounds, not fun to vacuum with.
