I just got the shipping email today. All things considered, think I might have gotten one of the last ones because my confirmation email timestamp put me behind some of you guys that said got cancelled.
Does the shipping label show that the set is in UPS's possession?

Just took every pan out and one handle had poked through the box during shipping and was scuffed. Amazon would offer no resolution. These even came through the Amazon TBA delivery service.

At least 50% of the stuff I order for delivery is damaged nowadays. A shipper managed to break one of the dry bags I ordered from a recent deal but that company made it right.

Really? I got mine from Amazon and it was double boxed. Non-descript thick heavy cardboard box with the retail box inside of it. For your handle to poke through both boxes, I'd expect it to be bent!

Found the burner for the person in charge of the "dynamic pricing algorithm development and testing" team. lmao

Not sure what level of discount allows cessation of duty and care. I should probably stop buying discount meals, helmets, and airplane tickets.

These never sold at the retail price for anyone with any savvy. You can see what people are reselling this batch for on auction sites. Not as much of a discount when you have to spend time fix shipping damage yourself. The bottom line is all shippers are awful and check your stuff.
Okay so you can return this for a full refund to Amazon for $250 and I'm sure someone as savvy as yourself will find it for that price again 🤣

No one's stopping you from returning it but you obviously aren't going to. They wouldn't willingly honor a price mistake, the process is just so streamlined it goes through anyways, no way they would do it a second time manually for a return. They are going for $550-$650, not sure what world you live in where handle scratches are worth +$300, you can buy 2 brand new pans for that price. The sense of entitlement to a pricing mistake is insane

This thread sums up SD at its finest.

- Those who were successful with multiple sets (12??? lol) are inclined to brag about it
- Those who were successful but not happy with the condition feel inclined to complain about it
- Those who didn't get in on it are begging for a good Samaritan
- No one bothers to thank the OP for posting the deal.

You win some and you lose some. I tipped my UPS driver $20 because I felt bad for him carrying two heavy sets up my driveway. Happy I received two sets, not going to care what condition they arrived in.

Move onto the next deal/price mistake. I've lost out on plenty of deals but happy I came out ahead on this one. THANK YOU OP!

Not to mention you can easily take some bartenders best friend and coarse Brite pad and buff it out. Takes under 5 min to do.

Finally. 15% Cashback confirmed tracked by T0p Ca$hback. That's $37.49 back per set on this already crazy deal.
