I think we'll see $25-$30 on BF.

Hard copies for sure. Digital, if not matched, might be a few bucks more in the name of "convenience".

True. If anything Madden 24 is still $10 and has been since April 2024 at Walmart.

Same game different roster from different time. $10 vs $25 so it purely preferential here.

If it's of interest to you, I'd suggest selling or trading in the digital PS5 in the next week or two. When BF hits, you'll be able to buy a brand new Slim model with a disc drive for $425 plus tax. It wouldn't shock me if you could do even better but there will 100% be sales for the digital at $375 and the disc model at $425. I doubt Sony drops their refurb prices during that time but if they did, that would be another good option. I've heard nothing but positives about the refurb PS5s straight from Sony but at $399 versus new at $425, it wouldn't make sense. Anyways, I hope your able to get your hands on a disc edition. It's vital that physical games remain a viable medium. The worst thing that could happen would be an all digital future in which Sony is the sole storefront.

Would love to see some competition to the Madden series. I became a 2k fan after playing Madden in the 90s. After 2k5, I played All Pro Football for a while until I was forced back to Madden. Madden has improved over the past twenty years, but not to the extent it should have. Still a decent game though.

Especially if your not spending money on cards.

Or playing 16 + hours a week just to be no money spent. (Not worth it IMO)

I'm no money spent / no hours played.

This is a decent price as a "rental". You could play this until the playoffs and then trade it in to GameStop. Should be able to get roughly the same back especially if there's a promo running.
