Safe, High Yield Investment Suggestions?

Can anyone share advice on how I should invest $125k where I will get good returns, yet have my initial investment be safe, or mostly safe? I could tie up the money for a year without any concerns.

mNAV is 1.57, bitcoin is unlikely to go below $112k.

If you want super safe, STRC is paying 9.5% and will probably move up to $100 from $94.5 within 3-4 months.

If you want shorter term, buy MSTR here and sell a call 30 days our at say, $360.

Great chance they are included in the S&P500 in that time, if not, just keep selling that same call.
