This price is so tempting, but a refurbished i9-13900 feels like a huge gamble. Likely the cause for the return/refurbishment. I don't know that I'd trust allstate to honor that warranty, and not claim I damaged the CPU.

Seems like a good deal.. 4090 by itself is 2k. Lol doubt anyone can build anything close to this spec for this price O.o

Almost pulled the trigger, but saw recent deals with new pc around 200 more than this price. Overall, i am been happy with legion built quality. I had a laptop that worked flawlessly for 3 years. Started having issue after bios update. So avoid legion bios update, maybe a conspiracy theory, i feel like they did something in their update to damage the motherboard. Back to topic here are some specs for it. :

  • 64 GB RAM DDR5 SDRAM

Yea its tempting, but you wonder the reason this was returned is because of the CPU problem in the first, or the original person did not want to gamble with it
I almost pulled the trigger on the dell version but its always best to be safe then sorry

I can't find anything on newegg's listing that says this is refurbished, so I am having to assume it is New.

Now , i feel like Lenovo is a little shady selling the refurb on ebay for the same price as the new unit at Newegg ( both say they are sold by Lenovo )

now It is even harder to say no to this desktop.

I pulled the trigger. Couldn't resist. Wish me luck! If my CPU is degraded, can't I just RMA it? I heard they're giving out 14900's.

You can, lol but what if they give you another shitty cpu? The warranty doesn't get reset when you receive another cpu from them and then you're just stuck with it? Because it's "at their discretion" to give you a refurb cpu and not a brand new one.
