Correct. Zippers are present. Bought these from Adidas about 1.5 months ago or some from previous deal for something like this in price. Very good deal IMO.

Looks like the mesh pockets which is awful to put keys / phones in when running

If the phone is big or heavy it'll be falling down and your phone will be dangling by your leg.

Very thin shorts. Dries quickly tho so you can wear them around wet places like washing car or cleaning pool

And yes pockets are mesh and can't carry anything heavy or your pants will fall down

I bought these for running and returned them because they were too heavy. They're more like cross training or lounging shorts.

Not just running. A brisk walk with the dog will have your phone thumping against your leg. Thump thump thump thump.

I like these thin and light shorts for lounging around but when I forget and go out the door to go for a walk or jog with the dog I regret owning them. Also the mesh catches in the zipper.

Hah I'm scared of ripping a hole in my mesh too cause that keeps getting caught, it's really annoying that I don't even want to wear this anymore

I have 3 pairs of these at home with stuck zippers.
The mesh pockets tend to get jammed up in the teeth of the zipper.
8 dollars seems like a good price for shorts you will wear 4 times.
