With the amount of fat in this, it barely resembles the original PB fit powder. I guess its more convenient though.

I have had good success with peanut and salt only peanut butters putting them in the fridge lid side down. Gives them the Jiffy consistency or whatever brand you like that has the extra chemicals to keep it consistent.

So 3 grams of protein. Regular peanut butter has 7g. Two scoops of pb2 powder has 8 might as well do 4 scoops of pb2 and get 16 with less fat.

This has gone down in price twice since I first ordered it from this post. It dropped to $4.52 after S&S and tax a day or two ago, and today now down to $4.02. I canceled the S&S both times and remade the order, lol. Weird.

I bought this to make homemade peanut butter ice cream and for that it works perfect. Don't think this is meant to just rehydrate and replace regular peanut butter.
