Great Clips Gift Card yearly promotion is available now.

Cost should be $11.99 to $19.99 per haircut.

The discount card is only available at participating locations, while supplies last.
The cards usually sell out in three to four weeks. The offer is not available online.

Great Clips locations are independently owned, price and participation varies, call your store before driving down. The price for sure varies by location and/or market, so double check first before purchasing. (If you spot the card in your area, let me know by leaving a comment below.)

Here is what We have so far

Dallas, TX - $11.99
Metro Atlanta, GA - $12.99
Las Vegas, NV Lewisburg ,TN Hutto, TX - $14.99
St Louis, MO- $15.99
Franklin, TN - $16.99
Sacramento, CA; Richmond, VA- $17.99

Load as many discounted haircuts on the card as you want… (1 for $12.99, 2 for $25.98, 3 for $38.97, etc.) However, minimum/maximum purchase may apply, so check first before purchasing.

The pre-paid card never expires. However, you cannot reload the card with more discounted haircuts. Once the sale is over for the year, it's over.

The cards cannot be combined with any other offer or coupon. However, the card can be redeemed at any participating location in the U.S. and is transferable — even in the same visit, e.g Dad and 5 kids (assuming you have the appropriate number of haircuts loaded on the card).

Tip cannot be added on the card. Cash Tip or some stores allow Tip to be added on your regular credit / debit card.

You have to call the nearby location before going there to buy in person. They never post it on the website.
Depends on the location, but mostly don't let you use the same day.

Also, don't wait too long. Limited quantity, runs out in 2-3 weeks some times.

I think in many cities it is going to be way more than $11.99 - $14.99. In Pennsylvania last year, it was $17.99 so it is probably going to be the same or more this year.

Also, a word of warning on these, if they make a mistake and charge the wrong amount, there is no way for them to put money back on these and the customer service is a joke. One of the places that I used this in, charged me the full amount of the haircut ($20 instead of $17.99) and then charged it on the great clips card like a gift card. Once I pointed out their mistake, they spent 45 minutes trying to fix it and on the phone with their headquarters and they finally figured out there is absolutely no way to put money back on. So now for my last haircut, I will only have $15.98 left on the card and it will end up costing me more.

I had the same thing happened to me earlier this year. I had bought 10 cuts back when it was sold for $9.99. Associate heard it was a gift card not prepaid card. Took 15-20 mins to fix it and now I've odd amount left on prepaid card.

no need to shop around. just load $9.99 x (numbers of haircut). buy some expired $9.99 cards on ebay or photoshop your card.

this is how their system works. they will charge whatever amount they see on imprinted card.

so after you flash your $9.99 card. then you can swipe your $14.99 card after.

background. their cards are lifetime. so they will need to honor whatever the value per haircut until they die. the lowest when they started this promo was $9.99 or $8.99. its the job of the sylists to select whatever the value they see imprinted on your card and charge that much for the next 50 yrs.

How do you load the cards? "Hair stylists" in the store almost always have no clue how to use the card, let alone reload money into them

I think he is saying use some slight of hand. FIrst show the 9.99 card, then when they ask to swipe it, you swipe the new card you bought. It subtracts the $9.99 amount from the new card. I think the store I go to, they swipe on their cash register, so that won't work.

I do have a couple of 9.99 cards, usually they want to take my finished card and throw it in the trash. I don't know how to reload them though...

I also remember them swiping it on their side of the terminal..
