You will need to buy an adapter or adapters in order to connect to your existing toilet water connection to the bidet which isn't hard. Figuring out the correct adapter is the hard part. You will also need an electrical outlet if one does not exist.

Yeah I feel the same way and definitely wouldn't. Not for $10. For $150 or not 5, I'd consider it, but even then, that feels icky.

How do these come packaged? I've found I usually get used items sold as new (or as Amazon puts it "frustration free packaging") either that or items are just straight up counterfeit. A bidet is definitely something i would like to avoid getting used.

Is this better than Kohler C3-325 with a remote for 250 at costco? Not having a remote is inconvenient.

No, certainly not worth considering for $10. But the ewater+ and auto wand cleaning is convenient.
