Yea true, I hate the floppy collars these get. These type of shirts should always have collar stays or buttons to pin them down.

I got couple of these. Not too bad, don't have issue with the collars. decent price for Old navy like quality.

Dry cleaner, light starch (wash and dry once yourself to heat treat the buttons)
