To me the trolley is almost useless, the batteries are 100lbs so no one is moving these things regularly and the trolley doesn't help much more than the stand with lockable wheels that comes with it anyway.
Solid deal though, $4k for the inverter and battery is about the best you'll get it for today, plus $1k for the SHP2. There are sellers online that you might be able to sell cheaper though depending on your state, as some don't charge sales tax and will price match. Examples for me in Texas are Outbound Power and RackUpGo.
