Seems like a good deal. Only really negative reviews I found were due to product arriving damaged or missing pieces.

Balanced reviews seemed to like them but mention they are plastic handles and thinner metal.

Most of the reviews are very positive though and even at a higher price suggest them as an excellent beginner set so for $30 seems hard to go wrong.

Amazon also has a coupon so you can buy straight from them for about $10 more.
