This is extra battery only. There is no input or output ports. You need inverter which run $1500-2000. This is about 125lbs. If you dont mind the weight

Personally I still think this is a good price, but I per the OP's commentary, I bought a brand new DPU battery for $1,829.59 just a few days ago and it's currently en route to me.

Sold by a different retailer though than directly from EcoFlow. I only ordered one extra battery, so I may splurge on another one from this deal (the sale from the other retailer ended).

EcoFlowSolar on eBay. I came across a Reddit thread randomly and instantly bought. Let me see if I can find the thread.

FedEx says the battery will be at my house on Monday. eBay goes to this link, though the $457.40 coupon is no longer active.

This will be an extra battery to the HomeDepot inverter + battery for $2,800 pricing mistake a few weeks/month back. I should have ordered more than one unit then.

LiFePO4 battery systems should hit around $80 a kwh in the US market in the next year. $80 * 6 is $480. With shipping and margin, this is at most a $1K product.

I'm not in a rush to buy since I have two power walls, but what made you think it will be cheaper next year? What quarter next year?

LiFePO4 prismatic battery cells are currently < $50 per kwh in China. With BMS, metal compression rails, and US 7.5% duty, it comes to about $50 per kwh. Add 60% markup for shipping, loss, and profit leaves you with $80 per kwh.

At this point I feel like a Tesla power wall is a better option. Double the capacity, inverter included, tax refund, and professionally installed

just bough $1900 for 13KWH LFP CATL cells moer than 6000 cycles. My old CATL cells last me 7 years now. charge and discharge atmost everyday for my custome lawn vehicles, more than 2000 cycles and still keep 90% capacity. You need a good BMS system like Daly 200A BMS - 16S LiFèPO4. If you charge with solar get MPPT from victron

You have to know how to connect it to an inverter, charge controller, etc. ...or at least one of those all-in-one inverters. So the markup, is basically the convenience. But yeah, I wouldn't pay this much either for it. Couldn't they just buy another brand LiFePO4 and connect it to this? Sure it won't stack and be pretty though Smilie
