Is anyone else annoyed that they bundled this beautiful white board with a black RAM kit?

Dang. Literally just bought this motherboard and the 64GB white (6000MHz) version of this RAM for a build two days ago. The ~$200 savings could be nice but I'd lose half the RAM and my OCD would be flaring up with the black sticks in the middle of the white board.

Going to think on it.

The black elite is much better value for $319. Same ram has BT 5.4

Haha just keep your build. Do what you want and not what is cheaper!

Honestly I picked this combo up and I might just sell the black sticks to get white ones, because same on the OCD front. I mean I specifically like this board because they did such a good job switching essentially everything they could to be white, it would be silly to run anything other than white RAM in it. ha

Wondering if anyone knows if the memory bundled with this Mobo is actually compatible with the Mobo?
Normally you would assume the answer is yes, but I know in the past Newegg has had bundles with incompatible parts.

If I get the new 9800x3D processor for this motherboard would this ram be good enough to take advantage of that processor. Or would 6000 CL30 make more sense?

Ugh, isn't the MSI X870 deal is better? The one with $50 Uber Eats gift card, $10 rebate, and then review for another $30 off, and then $30 steam credit? yes not including ram but isn't it still cheaper after you add ram to it?

That's a X870, vs this deal is the X870e

I see the small difference there. Will have to reevaluate my needs for the new rig then. Thanks!

x870 vs x870e is huge difference if you need lots of I/O capacity. The naming for this gen is tricky. X870 is just b650 with USB 4.
