You ***CAN*** unlock content, but it takes way too much time for a casual gamer like me. They have you drive this ridiculous 3-wheeled car that you have to use in order to advance to higher levels. Maybe with a controller it is easier, but you have to steer with tilt at a minimum. Sometimes touching the accelerator for instance just stops working even though my finger is 100% touching the onscreen button. I have it on an older iPhone, FYI. I imagine the game is more enjoyable on consoles.

Same! I see IAPs,especially in a smartphone app/game, and Im out!
That said, I was very surprised to see no data collected in iOS. That's good and getting rarer to see on games.

Have it on console, LOVED it on console. Unlockables are challenging, and the 3-wheeled car is very quirky, but I must argue, you don't become a skilled race car driver overnight. You must practice, practice, PRACTICE!

Did I mention: Couch racing? Harvester demolition derbies? Figure 8 racing with schoolbuses? For a buck, try it. 🤷 ♂️

Says on the Apple Store it's compatible with Apple TV. May be worth a try since you can connect a PlayStation or Xbox controller.

Bought it and played about 20 minutes with a PlayStation controller on my Apple TV. Play is smooth and seems like I'm playing on my PlayStation. Worth $1 if you like racing games.
