I fixed it by running citric acid dissolved in water and running 5 wash cycles, then one more with just regular water.
Did it a few weeks ago and it fixed it for now. Supposedly the issue is because hard water buildup.

If I were in the market for one this is what I would get as well. Spinning mop that also lifts so it can vacuum and mop at the same time is such a nice feature to have.
I can not remove the coupon. It says its applied and shows a green check mark. Wtf did it get more expensive by applying the coupon???
