It's a really good deal. These bags are very common on the second market as you would expect with children growing bigger and no need for them, can often get these very lightly used for 50 to 100 bucks

Psa my son has small scar on his forehead from a boneheaded move I did putting groceries into the car and hitting his poor head with the hatch door. Still gives me regret.
