They definitely don't break more often.. my tcls and Hisense have outlived the Samsungs and sonys 🤷
Really I'm to the point where I only buy Hisense and tcl..
I'd disagree...I have a 55" TCL that's completely trash because the remote cannot change the input to another HDMI port. I think it was caused by a software update mostly.

I have a 85" Hisense from best buy that cannot remain on for more than 30 secs. I cannot even reset the TV because the memory is locked out something as per forums. The only thing I can do is somehow connect to the fire stick, the TV stays on once connected to fire stick, but cannot use the Google TV at all.

Reddit says it's the wifi and since they always steal your info, it freaks out and doesn't work.

No sports are broadcast in 120hz. Lol.
Fast moving action is noticeable to the eye at 60hz. At 120hz it's not. Even if the content was filmed at 60, TVs that offer 120 do the smoothing between frames to "fill" in the difference as a simulation. So yes, fast moving action will still be smoother

I would love to see your evidence that that don't?

they are all 60Hz that's why so cheap!, it's not just games but go and watch some fast moving sports and you will see what it looks like, your going to hate it!
The only reason why I got to make sure mine was one 120 Hertz. I want to see a good nice 75-in on my wall and it freezes up when I'm trying to watch the Steelers

60hz and no local dimming. I feel like there are too many better options this year... this isn't a horrible 75 inch for the price... but bigger may not always mean "better." Kind of sacrifices picture quality and responsiveness for size. If you only watch sports and movies, this will do... but as a video gamer, this TV isn't on my list at all.
This. Local dimming with good picture processing units is more important than better refresh rates since the former applies to all content. We may not watch a lot of content involving fast motion.

Costco has the TCL QLED 75" with local dimming for $499. That seems like a better deal.

is paying $150 more worth it to get that one that has native 120hz?

or for those not playing games, this is fine? i mean we've been playing games on 60hz forever, is it only these gen z and super techy folks who are like its the end of the world if they aint gaming on native 120
Depends on the games, any FPS and you will notice a difference. Even just from 60 to 120 can improve your score if you have good reaction time. Racing and any game where you have to react quickly. Even just sliding a window around on your desktop will feel much smother, it is just like going from 30 to 60 hz.

Costco has the same 75" tv shipped except with Fire TV same price and better 3 year warranty. 90 day return policy. These inexpensive TVs break a lot more often than the more expensive ones. JMHO
In store... it's 499.97. Great TCL TV
