I wouldn't necessarily call these "protein" bars as the marketing may suggest. They should just be aptly named breakfast bars. The macros and protein to caloric ratio aren't great, which I've noticed on most of these protein bars popping up on sd. Don't get me wrong, they're better than a chocolate bar, but a single egg has nearly the same amount of protein at a third of the calories.

Yeah, this is accurate. I like these as a pre-bed snack — somewhat sweet but not deathly unhealthy.
