Their extended warranty company (CPS) wants $40 for shipping to and from them.
After spending on shipping and sending them the headphones, they supposedly "fixed" it but it just died again 2 days ago
Based on my experience & other Secondipity thread comments, their products are a roll of dice.
Allstate provided a 100% refund.. I offered to send the product to them if they provided a prepaid label, but they asked me to discard it myself..
