If you buy from their website, you don't get 2 year Allstate warranty that's required by EBay.

I use the warranty once on a three-pack mesh router that I ordered refurbished One of the routers stopped working and they gave me about 80% of the original purchase price. I still use the other two routers and everything pretty much works fine. It was pretty easy I just sent them an email and they ask you a few questions and then send you a check.

It was my understanding that they either replace or repair them. Did you have to return them?

He's referring to buying them directly off the Secondipity.com website. On their direct website, you can get a 10% coupon code if you sign up for emails.

These are also on Newegg same seller with a 12% off code ZIP75 total comes out too $194 after taxes.

I would avoid Secondipity. Bought a refurbished XM5 in April and it died a month ago.
Their extended warranty company (CPS) wants $40 for shipping to and from them.

After spending on shipping and sending them the headphones, they supposedly "fixed" it but it just died again 2 days ago Frown. Same problem.

Based on my experience & other Secondipity thread comments, their products are a roll of dice.

Not op, but I've used the Allstate cover on earphones I bought refurb on ebay for ~$100.
Allstate provided a 100% refund.. I offered to send the product to them if they provided a prepaid label, but they asked me to discard it myself..

I bought WF-1000XM5 about 2 years ago, for $120 in 2022. After about a year and a half the battery life on one of the buds degraded significantly over the other. I had to send them in but they refunded me the entire $120.

I buy them very often on Amazon. They've paid off when I needed it. And as stated, they don't always want the item back.

FYI, I look for the ones that cover "drops and spills" so that I'm covered no matter what happens.
