I'd like to jump on this deal. But I don't have BJ's membership. Seems like it's $55 now, $20 deal is expired. Still cheaper than Costco deal @ $300. Decisions…
I saw $15 dollar deal still available.

Thank you for sharing. Which brand and model you'd suggest that's better built these days with steel paddles and dough hook. Would much appreciate.
Honestly, take a look on Vevor.

lol. it's capitalism. free market.

you're free to make a mixer like they did in the old days.

these are plenty for home use.

you two are made for each other.
Two replies to me, back-to-back, really? smh
Triggered much? lol

"Plenty for home use"?
Even the first 2 commenters showed that's not true.
Plus I can tell that you know nothing of the mechanicals/internals and the cuts that Kitchenaid made.

This is good deal, but I refer Cuisinart 14 cup food processor. It can do more (mixer & food processor) with lightning speed.
I don't care if you folks down vote me. I owned and fixed 4 out of 5 Kitchenaid mixers (250-590 watts) over the years. I sold 2 tilt head and still have the 3 lift bowl. The true hurt, but the Cuisinart 14 cup food processor surpass Kitchenaid mixer every way. I made some bologna few days ago and took no more than 3 minutes running time to minced to super fine paste. I ran out ground pork today, just minced some pork shoulder for dumpling filling and only took 15s. The Kitchenaid grind the meat would be around 7-10 minutes. The stainless steel Kitchendaid meat grinder alone cost $100+. With $100, can get 9 disc blade set, cake mixer, and pasta accessories from Ebay. One advantage on the Kitchenaid mixer is can do larger batch size.

If you are serious about mixing dough don't go with KA. I burnt 2 of these mixers, they are just not made for daily use. My family only eats homemade bread, pitas, pizzas. But I had to buy Ankarsrum and learn to use it for that purpose.

Is this the same as the one in Costco? They look the same but the model numbers does not match in their websites. KP26M1XER for BJs and KSM60SECXER for Costco

Kitchenaid is pretty nice but for dough the manual says to not go over speed 2 I believe and to not go over 2 or 3 minutes at a time. It says doing so can damage the motor and voids the warranty.
