Seems like a decent deal. The CPU and GPU are $550 themselves. Even if everything else is bottom of the barrel, $50 RAM, $50 Storage, $100 Motherboard, $60 650W PSU and the case looks like a rebadged Lancool 205m Mesh which goes for $70 at microcenter.

So $880 worth of parts for $800 with a free copy of windows and free assembly. Not bad at all if you want an entry level gaming PC.

This is a good deal. This PC would be an excellent 1080p gaming system, and even light 1440p would be doable on it. It would also be a fantastic esports PC, because the 7600x3d will give you high refresh framerates in esports titles.

This seems like a good deal for entry level gaming rig. the 7600X3D is a strong CPU and should be good for awhile meaning you can upgrade the GPU in the future to extend as long as you don't exceed the 650W PSU.

Any other deals with shipping (no store near me) for similar price or slightly more if it has 32Gb RAM? Maybe not a slick deal, but still great value with the specs.

Ok deal. $399 bundle right now for same processor + better MB + better and more RAM. So for $300 more prob not getting SSD, Case, PSU, and GPU, but maybe $400 or $550 more depending on GPU (100 or 200 more than deal). I personally bought the bundle for my son's Xmas deal. Corsair 750 is on sale right now for $80. Case he will pick out. SSD prob $60-70. He will get my hand down 3070 which is better than the rx7600 and could be had around $250.

I bought my powerspec PC 2 years ago (a bit better specs than this at $1300) and knew that the 16gb was low but was an easy upgrade but DDR5 was too expensive at the time and 16gb is perfectly fine for most games and applications.

Point is the 32gb ram is an easy upgrade and 16gb is enough to tide you through until then - any pre-built with 32gb is going to be at least $400+ more than this and would be more of a mid to premium system.

Also, the Powerspec line is the ultimate bang for your buck pre-built gaming system - there is no better pre-built line out there. No spam/bloatware only OEM software/parts and fresh windows and gpu drivers & software install. If you have a microcenter close, then it's absolutely worth it to just get a pre-built powerspec as their profit margin on these system can't be more than $100 if you part things out and they use parts that they sell at their stores so you're not getting B-stock or questionable parts - in most people's opinions of course.

Sometimes there are also open-box ones in riskier conditions but for the most part, most of the reviews I've read regarding their open-box systems are not bad, might just be missing a cable or something.

PowerSpec is literally the only prebuilt I would consider.

There's nothing weird or OEM specific about them, easy to upgrade later, and the parts are not usually bad.

Another thing to mention, if you buy it in store, currently you can pick out a different part for upgrade and they will install it free of charge. If it was for me, I might grab a better PSU just to future proof. Maybe even get a better case, if they would allow that!

I have three kids, my oldest has a custom PC I built. Middle child got this one, just as good, saved me time and money.

Noticed this computer has zero rear exhaust fan. A basic gaming desktop computer with a 165W TDP dedicated graphics card utilizing what appears to be an AMD stock cooler for the CPU and otherwise mid grade components should at least include a basic rear exhaust fan. An exhaust fan helps dump the hot air from both the CPU and GPU out of the case. I know the user can add a fan themselves after purchase, but for approximately $3 for a fan, It should be already included in the prebuilt computer.

I bought a PowerSpec from Microcenter around 4 years ago during COVID. Has held up great, though I swapped out the CPU water cooler for a traditional cooler because it failed.

Do you think this is a cpu for me? I'm looking for a cpu all I care about is/need is speed and storage. Don't care about graphics cards for gaming or any of that stuff. Also, one that supports like 3- 4 monitors. it be great if I can just plug in the monitor. I will be using it for stock trading. So charts and stock software…

If I can get something that supports 3 monitors is fine

This deal will be overkill if all you're going to do is day trading and other non-gaming related stuff. This iBUYPOWER deal is cheaper and can support up to 4 monitors:

It's still overkill but at least it has the number of ports needed and it's cheaper.

Thank you for the suggestion, now any monitors that you can pair with? Idea size is 27 in?
