Agreed. I bought a "new" shaver from them where the box was open and the shaver had obviously been used. Nasty.

At least the return was easy.

I bought this off a Woot sale a w months back. 2 of the 4 speed settings make a very annoying sound (like a window air conditioner unit). Otherwise I like the fan, easy to setup the app and schedule on off times, etc.

Bullseye deals is pretty bad about the consistency of their "used" or "open box" products.
This one is marked as "new". Not sure how much I trust them on that, but it has that much going for it.

Here's a link to what I'm pretty sure is the same item at Target.com if you want to check out the reviews. The consensus is you get what you pay for, I guess.

3 of my 4 bullseye purchases of fans last month delete defective/broken. Two were trash out of the box, and one just quit oscillating last weekend. One worked and still does. All 4 were different fans too.

I just got done exchanging a DOA Vornado fan from this same seller. Wouldn't respond until I threatened CC Chargeback. Would not mess with them again.

Seems a bit cheap for a decent fan, much alone a tower one? Hell the last few I got from WM are traditional stand fans and they were more than this.... but they work. Ugly, but they work. I don't really want a tower of high pitched noisy 4" fans?

Anyone have this and can comment on the airflow vs noise level? I do have a huge stand fan in my living room and it looks a bit ghetto but in the summer we absolutely need it. Older house and trying not to crank the AC to max.

They're so bad that even their 'New' listing turns up with an item appearing like a returned one - damaged, torn and taped box, missing accessories. Once ordered a milk frother - Open-box, received a dented, missing accessories, clearly used and unclean product. I learnt to assume anything from that seller as 'Used' and evaluate whether the price is right.

This doesn't have any power. The 40" fan is alright. This is plain junk

Mine arrived today, clearly double-taped and used. Assume everything from them is open box no matter the description.

Got mine today. Mine looked like it was brand new. The built quality (super light weight and flimsy base) though makes me feel like not paying more than $20 for in-store. So $15 shipped was good deal.
