but wait, each chair feels different. what i've learned from my show room customer is that.
you really will want that its fits you well.
So if 6"1+ then Signature all the way.....but you must enjoy stronger massage. like deep getting in there, massage. but its not painful, although rare people can feel painful, but you just know if youd like something nice and deep or just gentle soothing massage.....
but if 5'0- 6"0 you will be okay. its a nice medium - high strength massage.

Encore and the signature is both good for you, intensity+size. To me, when I use massage it didnt matter if there were more programs.... I just use the ones I like from the chair, usually something strong auto program or soothing auto program.... it was the overall experience of the chair for me. (or if your looking for stretch program)
if your in Carrollton TX, your welcome to come in and try in our HQ.... if not then choose encore, becoz it will be more encompassing to you(cocoon like). signature is more big and open....Calf rollers are great, sure...but I dont remember how amazing the calf massages were. 4D makes the rollers great tech. I love how it moves on 4D. 3D sure its good, I mean no complaint.
if it was me making the decision between encore vs signature then Encore
Hey but you can choose the signature. its really neck to neck...i think you will be happy with either one of those. because all the customers are happy with signature and encore.....havent got complaint

I know, I know. Yes, this weekend/monday orders are being shipped today and tomorrow.
I checked with the warehouse guys.
But just to give the context, orders on the weekends are processed by monday night(we got to enjoy our weekend). then give it to warehouse guys on Tuesday morning, now orders are on cue, first come first serve. Your tracking is generated and they are packing up in the large shipping containers in Carrollton TX.
So probably packed in by Thur, Fri. (which is ship out day) then the warehouse guys gives us the order information thats shipped out. then we send out the email that its shipped out.....
ah p.s. we are confirming ship outs upto some Tuesday orders. We should send the email notification by tomorrow.
p.p.s once it reaches to your state, shipping will contact you to make appointment for the delivery day and time frame
Comparison just model to model and then whether extra $1k worth for Costco?
