Please keep this in mind if you are buying this as a christmas present for a kid, they will be pretty darn disapointed if they can't play it out of the box, and keep in mind you will need to drop another 100-500 dollars to get these components depending on the quality you are looking for.

You can also check out the specs/included in the box list, note that neither item is listed.
Edit: Still a very good deal IMHO, as most retailers of this kit do not include the acoustic high hat stand or bass pedal, as it comes without those items from Roland. So retailers selling it for 1699 and 1899 respectively are also not including those items, typically also does not come with a throne as I understand it.
