Look into a battery maintainer. Letting it go dead and jumping it is not good.

The manual doesn't really cover it but I think it does have boost function. I had to use this the other day.

I bought this exact one 1-2 weeks ago, I honestly always thought these were semi-snake oil or could only jump a battery that was just below the threshold of starting the car however I tried it on a DEAD battery (starter would not even click)....3 second with this attached had it start like it had a brand new battery. I was impressed,

For the same $28 cost, I got the twice the power jump starter from AliExpress and it works great. It's 3000Amp, 12800 mah battery with USB power bank. They also have few other models with higher amp (5000Amp, 26800 mah battery) and load capacity that comes with air compressor too, for around $50ish

Can I use this to revise a dead battery which can't be charged by a regular charger? Or should I just throw the dead battery away?

No, you will need to bring up the voltage with some other source. I was able to revive a car battery for a friends car that was unused for 8 months. Voltage on battery was less than 1V. Hooked up jumper cables to my truck and let it charge up for 45 minutes and then had her start car and drive around for an hour at highway speeds. Battery starts her car a year later. Results vary but it is possible...
