This is a very good deal. I got my Evo for $549, then with a CB, it was $495. It's great to use and easy to clean. I have found lots of great Evo resources on YouTube. I've saved so much money from not going to Starbucks 1-2 times a day.

No downsides at all?

Every product out there has "some" nightmare reviews. There will always be those people. I have it, I love it, and if mine broke down today I would buy another one in a heartbeat. Zero issues. It's been a quality product for me.

I actually was on the fence just like you. I bought both and tried them out. I ended up keeping the 3200. Actually both machines are good and deliver the same flavor, strength of the coffee. The only reason why I kept the 3200 was because the cost was half of what delonghi would cost me. There was a sale on Amazon for the 3200 at $250.

Mine is standing still after 7yr heavy duty with minimum maintenance (at least 4 double shots per day). Want a new one but NO excuse to do so. Sad

I personally think De'Longhi is a better product, as a machine and coffee finish product.

I'm considering replacing my Jura ENA 4 with this one. Mainly because I want those milk drinks. Wondering how easy it would be to sell the Jura to make some $ back..

Yep, I sent mine back and had to do a BBB review and credit card chargeback along with supporting documentation that they had received it and that they had a money back guarantee they were not honoring to get my refund. Their customer service is not just terrible it is non-existent. FWIW this thing is mostly plastic and the top display feels a bit like a toy IMHO. I have both a Saeco Incanto and Gaggia Titanium that I've had for years and both are waaaay better builds with a lot more heavy duty metal.
