Put the price in the title, great deal! Thing is SUPER well built. Its gross shipping weight was 139lbs so you know it's sturdy. It also requires ZERO assembly. The only thing you'd need to do is bolt to the floor if you want. It went in a bedroom of mine with wood floors so I didn't, I don't have any concerns if it tipping but keep the heaviest weight down low to be safe, I don't have kids. Finally, it spins like a dream, almost too easily. Very pleased, fits in the corner perfectly.
I have this also. It is built like a tank. Heavy gauge steel, and all welded construction. I didn't bother bolting it to the floor, not really needed. Holds 1,000 pounds (Walmart site says 550 pounds but that is wrong, sticker on the unit says 1,000 pounds). I can spin mine with two fingers, and I have it loaded with over 600 pounds of dumbbells. Very well balanced. Came fully assembled in a plywood lined crate. I don't see how they can even ship it for 50 bucks. Heck of a deal.
Only negative is it has a large footprint. You need 2' x 2' of floorspace for the carousel itself, then at least another foot or so in front of it to pull/rack the dumbbells.

This deal started some time ago. I just received mine today. It is heavy-duty, like something you'd find in a real gym. The box was over 100 lbs. I'm sure your delivery person won't appreciate it. It spins really well, though.
