Project Farm did a review on it and it does have the Force Start feature to jump dead batteries.
This is the cheapest I've seen it.

I just got one as well, seems like a good deal, especially since my Aukey served me well for years until the recharge port broke and the battery started to bulge.

I just watched the project farm video. He states it won't start a dead battery and there isn't a force start feature. If I'm missing something please let me know where in the video he says otherwise.

Got the A4000 last year for $45 and hasn't let me down yet, been able to start some fairly dead batteries when the lights got left on. These are light years ahead of the old battery bank style ones from in the past that would only be good for one jump start before they needed charged again. Good excuse to upgrade and put mine in my wife's car for peace of mind.
