I bought this from woot at $15.

Note that this is identical to the stock interface and strap, just a different color. Not more or less comfortable in any way. Also they aren't bagged internally, so the perfume smell in the warehouse worked its way into the fabric. I had to air it out for a few days.

If you're getting a quest for christmas don't get this crap. Every iteration of the quest has had horrible straps and interface (the pad that touches your face). Look at reviews on youtube for third party options and pick the one that fits your budget. But if you go with stuff like this you will severely limit the time you can play before you have to stop from being uncomfortable.

Meta came out with a couple of these colored faceplate + strap combinations for the Quest 3 and they all flopped pretty badly. I believe the other is a Blue color. As has been mentioned, these are the same as the default ones that come in the box. It's also not designed for the 3s in case that's what you got.

If you liked the included/default strap or faceplate? or had multiple quest 3's? this might be worth it as a cheap replacement.. I've seen some of the faceplates and straps get nasty pretty quickly on the facebook marketplace used Quest's, but for most people it's just not worth it.

I definitely DO recommend upgrading the strap (a lot of people prefer the Bobo strap.. the Elite strap is also good, but a bit pricey), and I also recommend swapping out the Facial Interface -- there are some good 3rd party ones, and Silicone is great to make it easy to clean, the newer open-facial-interface is great for Mixed Reality.

This is perfect. I want to start using my meta quest 3 for some workout apps but didn't want to ruin my stock face cushion with sweat so this is perfect.

The Meta branded Quest 3 facial interface is okay, but there are better options out there. If you are happy with yours, and just need another, then this is okay.

But the headstrap is garbage. And if you are going to spend money, spend a little more and get a real improvement.
