I've owned 3 of these. The best thing I can say about it is that at least my leaf blower has plenty of batteries now.
All 3 died prematurely with the same behavior: intermittently wouldn't start up (regardless of temp or battery). In all cases, which a 3+month wait for repairs, which kinda defeats the point of having a snow blower for the winter.
Greenworks gave me great support for a dead battery, but not much for the snow blower itself.

Agreed. This blower is awful. Barely pushed any snow. The plastic paddle is the worst part about it. They make a version with a metal paddle that is amazing

Would you please share model that has metal impeller? Greenworks seems to keep changing the models in 80V segment. In their site, they have only two models both don't carry model listed in best buy or amazon.

I have used one of these for years without issue. It does not like super heavy wet snow, but dry snow it does amazing for it's size.
