The dipping sauce contains corn starch as a stabilizer. Probably so it can sit out on a party platter and not separate into liquids and solids.

I've found honey mustards to come in two basic varieties.

Honey mustard that is literally just honey mixed with mustard that yields a pretty tart sauce that tastes mainly of mustard. It like what it would taste like if you combined the two yourself.

Then a dipping style that is mainly sweet and creamy with a subtle mustard flavor. This is what you might find served with chicken strips at a restaurant or like a honey mustard salad dressing.

I'm assuming this is like the latter.

This is identical to Chic-Fil-A's Honey Mustard if anyone cares.

French's brand sells two different Honey Mustards, and this one has an apt name since it is the one you want for dipping/hot foods.
