There is a workaround to reach the coupon threshold so you can get the item for free:

1) Add the Air Wick and coupon to your cart
2) Add a filler item like Good & Gather Tomato Sauce [target.com]
3) Check out, confirming that manufacturer coupon now applies to your cart
4) Cancel the filler item (view order -> cancel items)

Updated order Invoice will now be $0

Still have to pay tax and I don't get it. If Amazon can take off a coupon then calculate tax, why can't all the others do the same?

It was $4.00 about 30 minutes ago. It took over 30 minutes for me to access my Target account because they keep wanting to send me a verification code via email which takes forever to come. I hate Target.

$4.89 in my area (NY). Net cost $.89 plus tax. Pricing clearly varies based upon location....so it's not neccesarily "free". That should be noted in the OP. Still a good deal.
