UCS Razor Crest went for 6.7 cents per-piece a week ago, this is 8.4 cents. I won't get into the value of the different sets (it's reasonable to say that the AT-AT is more popular and iconic), but a simple comparison of large Star Wars sets indicates that there's still some room for improvement on this deal.

It's retiring this year. I'd be shocked if this isn't the best deal before retirement. As soon as it's retired it will be $1000+.

This set retires at the end of this year and this is one of the lowest prices it has gotten down to. Probably best price you'll get for the rest of the year.

Only caveat would be careful of Walmart. My son purchased what we thought was an authentic Titanic set and when it arrived it was clearly not. I'm not sure how Walmart vets, even if sold direct from them
