Samsung says my order is being delivered by Best Buy. If it is fulfilled by BB, does that mean you can purchase GS warranty or no because it is purchased on Samsung.
I rescheduled my S90C BB delivery to next week in case the S90D delivered by Samsung as issues. I will cancel if everything with S90D works out well. I personally have no need for OTA and would rather have a one year newer model for extra $70. I was going to do the mod on S90C, but would rather have it at that brightness out of the box in S90D.

Im in the same boat... I got the S90C delivered today (still in the box) and am wondering if its worth it to jump through the hoops for a 1 year newer model..... someone please say something thats just better about the D please!!!

Thanks. I was looking for a 77" S95D. I got the AAA discount plus the $150 instant trade-in discount (55" and lower) for a final price of $3015 plus tax. If the 15% CB goes through as well, it will bring it down to the vicinity of $2500-2600.

Pro-tip: If you buy this TV from Samsung EPP store - select self-pickup at the nearest Best Buy store. Doing this gets you 15 days return period without the 10% restocking fee that they charge for anything delivered. In fact, if you get it delivered, you're not even allowed to return if you've registered the TV with your own personal data. It's a terrible return policy.. But, if you pick up at Best Buy you can take it back no matter what reason as long as you're inside the 15 days.

For those in the travel points game, Chase shopping portal has a 15x for Samsung currently using the freedom card.
Although under exclusions, they say no workplace savings.

So I just went through the Chase portal to the regular site and chatted for 10% to bring it to $1260+tax and hoping I get the 15x points on it which are a lot more valuable to me.

Waiting to see if I'll actually get the points. Placed a pickup order from BestBuy so I atleast have a 15 days return window.

Bonus: if you haven't maxed out your quarterly 5x via PayPal, this is a good chance to use that too on top of the 15x for a total of 20x!

Used EPP account without having even having .edu email and Just ordered S90D 65 inch for $1186 including all the discounts. It includes $50 off on first app order and 10% off through support chat. Rescheduled delivery for originally ordered S90C via BB.
