BUT… there is a picture of a green Straight Talk box… which could be inferred to mean new open box, not in original OEM packaging.

I'm looking for a new 13, sealed in 100% original Apple packaging.

The system couldn't verify my new phone's IMEI. I called customer service, and the first representative kept asking me for the correct IMEI and SIM card numbers. After an hour of going back and forth, he finally told me that the SIM card was assigned to another account and the phone belonged to someone else. He even said the phone number I wanted to transfer was already in use by someone else. To verify, I asked him to call my number, which he did, and he admitted there was an error in their system. He then told me to hang up and wait for five minutes. What a joke!
After multiple unsuccessful attempts online, I called back and spoke to a second representative who claimed he couldn't hear me—another lame excuse to avoid helping. Frustrated, I hung up and called again. The third representative was even worse, blaming me for trying to activate the SIM card on the wrong phone, despite my explanation that each SIM card was clearly taped to its respective phone box. He insisted I had messed up and refused to help further.
Finally, I reached a fourth representative who was knowledgeable and understood the issue right away. He guided me through each step, corrected the phone IMEI and SIM card issues, and proceeded with the phone number transfer. However, the SIM card had no prepaid funds on it, even though I had paid $45. After providing my order number, he confirmed my payment and added the funds to the SIM card. He stayed on the line until my number was transferred, and all services were working properly.
This entire ordeal took over three hours and was a nightmare. I'm planning to switch carriers as soon as the unlock period is up. I wanted to share this experience to give others a heads-up if you're considering Straight Talk.
Thank you for reading, and I hope this helps someone out there.
Also straight talk's website don't even work outside US, how are you even ordering in the first place?
