Solid deal for white box. Wish it was 4070, wish it had a larger PS, wish it was liquid cooled, but hey quickly needed a machine for work stuff this fit the bill for quality parts, availability, and expandability. Thanks SD!

The way you've phrased it is misinformation.

The defect still exists within the processor, but it's only an issue when the motherboard doesn't have the latest microcode update.

It's equivalent to having a severe allergy, in that it's only an issue if you make it one.

At this point, all prebuilt systems should already be patched with the latest microcode update, so the point is moot.

People who aren't giving a free pass to game developers for being lazy with their game optimization.

Go look up what could be accomplished with DirectStorage.

AMD has just been putting a bandaid on the problem and making it worse. And now, they're washing their hands of it by getting out of the high end GPU market.

Looks like a very solid deal for a $1000 prebuilt gaming rig. The only potential issues that I can really see potentially are the cooling, 600W power supply and limitations of the MicroATX motherboard (less ports to be able to connect various displays or external devices, possible size limitations if swapping out parts). The PSU will work for this build, but may need to be upgraded if you're planning on upgrading to more powerful, energy hungry parts. The description says that the computer only comes with one cooling fan which is a bit concerning. Don't know how well-ventilated the case is.

Was hoping to pick this one up to replaced my 6-year old gaming desktop, but it's Sold Out again Frown
