Anyone know if this is the cheapest its gone down to? I'm not seeing anything as cheap as this in the search results

I wish Ring would introduce a new PoE version that supports 24/7 recording. These versions that require 120V power are essentially useless to me. Oh also, please introduce some 4K cameras!

You'll need a NVR to do 24/7 recording over PoE. Look at some of the multi camera systems from Lorex or similar.

The Ring Elite is POE, don't think you're likely to get 24 hour recording, it would eat up too much drive space in their end.

I agree. We use a lot of Unifi devices for installations in businesses, but for the smaller places, Ring works fine and fits a much tighter budget.

For those that don't know, 24/7 recording is a feature of the Ring service at the higher subscription levels. They also have an alarm monitoring service.
