Can anyone comment on if the MSI Codex R2 sold at Costco, which is on sale, is a better or worse deal?

https://www.costco.com/msi-codex-...01350.html

The main difference is that it has an Intel core i5, 1TB SSD, and 4060ti GPU.

There's a similar RTX 4070 Super model for $300 more over Black Friday, worth it?

Yes and larger case, PSU, and somewhat different port configuration.

Still researching that i9/RTX 4070 Super BF deal - it seems to be commonly reported that the fans are always loud (one Costco review said it was like an AC). That's definitely a deterrent.

I know it may sound dumb but has anyone ever done a case swap with a pre built? Not liking the case and the fan noise from the comments. I do have 2 other spare cases and better PSU as well.
