also there is no humans to talk to . the website clearly mentioned it that they save on money by doing everything through their system which is rigged to not honor any returns even under warranty .

It's worth pointing out that you need at least a general idea of what you're doing because there are so many options and you have the time to wait on shipping (which is generally pretty fast). If you're unsure, a local place is probably better because you can make a return/exchange much easier and the employees will help you find exactly what you need. Otherwise, rockauto is great.
5% is permanent and built into their forecasts - just google for one.
RockAuto has been around forever and is trustworthy but good luck with any return.

I avoid shipping batteries - SLA have been fine for me, but I haven't seen the oversized AGM batteries I choose to be cheaper that way. Funny, I haven't warrantied a battery since the late 00's, and that was flooded.

I think I also bought an "optional" fog light relay that didn't actually fit my mid-year model. It's just one of those life lessons about figuring out what you're doing ahead of time.
