We have some flavor of these for my mother. They do an amazing job of cleaning the floors. We were never able to clean the floors with manual mopping or swiffer like this thing could.

There are a lot of versions and I'm not sure which version we got my mom and I'm not sure what's better about this one versus hers.

It's really hard to suggest the additional features without just saying I have technology FOMO.

Like robot vacuums, at the end of the day anything that does its job everyday would make a big difference in how clean your home is.

I bought an S3 in 2021 and it's been one of the best appliances I've owned simply because it took something that was a chore and that I didn't do often enough and made it much easier to stay on top of. My S3 is still going strong 3 years later, but I've been eyeing the S6 because of its drying feature. Still not sure if I'm going to pull the trigger on this, but I'll keep an eye on it.

I'm in the same exact boat. The s5 doesn't have enough features to upgrade from the 3 but the s6 sure does.

These things starts to leak water after a year or two, not a solid product.

I am in the market for a cordless wet dry vac but unsure what price point to buy in at.

This is nearly $400 but also at half the price is a Bissell Omniforce - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CMV9PYRQ

Bissell has 2 year warranty, but Tineco has a 2 year warranty when bought from their online shop...

I hate my S5. It struggles to pick up long human hair on my flooring which necessitates good vacuuming before using it or it will just leave the hair on the floor in a wet mess.

We bought the S6 earlier this year and it's been great for our engineered hardwood flooring and tile flooring.

It does have a problem with long hair, but that's not a huge deal for us.

Mine is a little over a year old, I do find sometimes it is a bit finicky to get the containers in just right.

Mine picks up hair pretty well, this has not been an issue for us.
The only issue we have is often times I forget to clean it out right away and it smells like death.

Ok so I was using an S5 pro 2 for a few months which sis technically newer than the S6 stretch. It worked amazing for cleaning the floor no question BUT BUT BUT in terms of features it left some major items to be desired. Self cleaning on the S5 pro 2 was not up to par. Left the mop very damp for one (as advertised tho) and over time this became annoying. Eash night I swapped out the spare dry on with the wet one then same thing next night. Not the worst thing in the world, but a bit annoying to do. Second it ate water like crazy and filled up the dirty tank way too fast. I always used auto mode and it just went soooo fast despite having the same exact size tanks as the S6. Lastly I didn't think it would matter at the time, but having 3 way roller edge to edge floor cleaning is a nice convene that makes me have to maneuver the vacuum a bit less.

I traded it on for the S6 stretch and wow the self cleaning process alone is enough to pay more money. It frkn works. Gets it 85% dry (tiny dampness after the heated dry) and no smell at all. Done perfect. It gets better. An unintended feature is the clean water and dirty water tanks. Despite being the same size as the S5 pro 2 it prolongs the water wayyyyy longer. Like significantly last longer. I don't have to stop and add water any longer despite cleansing the same square footage. Then with the dirty water tank the sensor sits higher up the tube so it allows you to keep sucking up dirty water longer. This is a pretty big upgrade imo and not one that is advertised. Lastly the 3 way brusher is.m nice to have and the lay flat is great for under the tables. Oh final one 40 mins runtime vs 35 mins run time. Didn't notice much of a difference as neither model ever died on me during a clean.

All in all I consider the OLDER S6 stretch model vastly superior to the NEWER S5 pro 2. Also don't even bother with the regular S6 because you don't get the heated flash dry like you do with the stretch version. And don't get me started on the S7 pro why would you even buy that over this model? Doesn't come with the heated dryer on that one as well until you upgrade to a $779 model!!!

This is it this is the one for $389 do it. Frkn steal for how much time this has saved me now. Babies throwing food all over the place and little foot/hand prints all over the joint. No more. In fairness this applied to both models since both do the job exactly the same way in final outcome of removing stains and cleaning the floor.
