I personally prefer the Q45's, but the Accentum have very good bass.
That said, any more context to what you are saying? Is it really a name-only deal or do they not build at least a version of Sennheiser designs? I looked up but couldn't even immediately tell what lines of products (if at all any) were included in this consumer audio sale.
